Most of the world's money still moves through systems that were never built for most of the world. The markets that run real economies — the Global South, the five billion people global platforms can't reach — operate on fragmented, manual, high-friction infrastructure that nearly everyone agrees is broken and almost no one is willing to fix.
We're not interested in agreeing it's broken. We're interested in the people who pick up the tools and build the thing that should exist instead.
ENOS is building things that haven't been built before — the rails, the intelligence, and the software that make complex cross-border finance feel seamless across borders, systems, and industries the rest of the world overlooks. The problems are real, the work is technically interesting, and you will learn more in a year here than you would in five somewhere comfortable. The catch is that none of it comes for free: the bar is high, the hours can be long, and the answer rarely shows up on the first attempt.
